How Do I Meet People?

Westside Christian Church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our vibrant church community. If you want more information or to get involved, either show up at an event or click on the “Contact Us” page to let us know!

Children’s Ministry

Each Sunday morning, children get to participate in their own gatherings. Bible lessons are taught in such a way that every child gets to participate and learn.

Youth Ministry

Each Sunday night, 6th-12th graders meet at Westside at 6 pm to hang out and learn how to follow Jesus together.  They also periodically have events to build community with each other.  They even meet on Sunday morning during Sunday School.

Young Adults

Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adults at WCC are important to us and we are committed to seeing them grow in their faith in God and service and leadership within the church.  They currently meet on Sunday mornings during Sunday School.

Women’s Group

Westside Women’s Group gives the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s group, meets several times throughout the year and share together in times of Bible study, prayer (and, of course, food). These groups provide a refreshing discipleship opportunity for the women in the church.  They currently have a class on Sunday mornings during Sunday School.

Men’s Ministry

Accountability among men is an act of integrity. Accountability is designed to protect, encourage, and develop men of all ages.  The men at Westside like to do things to encourage that, as well as have some fun.  Any men’s ministry events will be advertised on our “Events” page.

Over 50’s

Our Over 50’s group is full of wisdom and love.  They care about finding a place to serve within the church, so you’ll often see them out and about helping other people.  They also provide each other a community to belong to and a place to plug in.  Keep an eye out for events and projects that they’re working on.
